Return & Exchange Questions

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns according to our Returns Policy. If you have an eligible return, visit our Returns portal and provide the requested information to begin the process.

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions and procedures as returns. If you have an eligible exchange, visit our Returns portal and provide the requested information to begin.

How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Returns are usually confirmed within three to five days after receiving the package at Adrenaline HQ. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within two days of accepting your return. If a refund is involved, banks and credit card companies usually process the refund within five to ten days.

General Questions

What is your warranty?

We provide a twelve (12) month limited warranty period on products we manufacture. Adrenaline products are warrantied to be free from manufacturing and production defects for a period of twelve months from the date of original purchase. Apparel items are excluded from this limited warranty and are subject to our 30-day return period. Markers such as Adrenaline Luxes, Adrenaline Shockers, etc. are considered to be not manufactured by Adrenaline.

If Adrenaline is not the manufacturer of the product, please direct all warranty and repair issues, including defects out of the box, to the appropriate manufacturer.

What languages is your site available in?

Our default language is English. Our site is also available in German, French, Spanish, Malay, Russian, Chinese, Croatian, Dutch, Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, and Swedish. You may choose your language with the selector at the top right on desktop and in the bottom of the menu on mobile.

Do you have international sites?

In addition to our primary site for US based customers (, we also offer the following international sites which default to local languages and currencies. While your browser should detect your geolocation and offer a redirection, you may proceed directly to any of these sites if desired.

Do you offer a referral program?

Yes, we offer a Refer A Friend program completely separate from the Bonus Balls program. Upon a successful referral both you and your friend will receive a $10 Off Coupon for use on our site. To refer, simply login to your account (to obtain your specialized referral code) and proceed to our Refer A Friend page.

What are Bonus Balls?

The Bonus Balls program is Adrenaline's loyalty and rewards system. We've made getting bonus balled great again. For an in-depth explanation and to get started visit the Bonus Balls section of our site.

How can I be notified of stock/inventory updates?

We utilize a very advanced stock/inventory notification system. From any product page simply click the Notify When Available button. You may choose from various methods to be notified when the product is in stock again including email, text, push notifications and even Facebook Messenger. Get notified and be the first to act on a re-stock.

Do you sponsor teams and players?

We sponsor certain professional teams and various players in what we refer to as the Adrenaline Athlete program. Each of these players have a Signature Series Adrenaline marker (with the 24k gold bolt pull). Check out all of our Sponsored Teams & Athletes.

Do you offer anodizing to the public?

Unfortunately not at this time. While we pride ourselves in our anodizing facilities (and talent), limiting its use to our products eliminates the anodizing bottleneck that has always plagued our production timeline in the past.

As a Premier Subscriber how do I obtain my free lasering?

To obtain your complimentary lasering simply visit our Returns Center and complete the form. However, under the Reason for Return, proceed through the Lasering options.
