We pre-adjust the Adrenaline Luxe mechanical frames for the ideal fit before they ship. They shouldn't need an adjustment (if they ever do this video is for you). However if you picked up an Adrenaline TM40 Mechanical Frame Kit for a stock Luxe TM40 this video illustrates how to handle the initial setup adjustments.
